Here are the most frequently asked questions from our clients:

"Are you travel agents?"

Yes! We are independent travel agents. We are operating as an independent contractor and working closely with an established travel agency. This enables us to access the most competitive rates to get the best deals for our clients.

"How do I book with you?"

The booking process with us is very simple and safe. Here are the few steps from our first point of contact to your arrival to the resort.

1) We will first ask you many questions to understand your needs and expectations.

2) We will send you suggestions of places, with the rates, matching your budget and criteria.

3) You agree on a property. We will need your full name and email address in order to send the booking request.

4) We receive the booking confirmation and share the resort booking number with you.

5) From this point, you can, if you want, contact the resort to make sure that the booking has been confirmed, using the resort booking number mentioned on the booking confirmation that we've sent you.

6) Comes the due date when you need to issue the payment either directly to the resort, or to our wholesaler.

7) You arrive at the resort and enjoy your dream getaway!

"How do I verify if my booking is confirmed?"

We've been exactly where you are. Booking with a travel agent and not knowing if you can fully trust them. Hence, we totally understand that you would want to check directly with the resort if the booking is actually in their system.

Fortunately, this is perfectly possible, and you can simply send them an email with the resort booking number that we have shared with you. In most cases (except for last minute bookings), you will therefore be able to check that your booking is confirmed directly with the resort, before having to pay anything.

"Do you handle the payments?"

No. You will never pay us directly. Your payment will go either directly to the resort or to our wholesaler, depending on the cases. In some rare cases, no payment will be required until you get to the resort. In that case, you will pay directly at the property.

"Do I need to prepay?"

Most bookings will not require you to prepay. Yet, in a few exceptions, an online card verification via a secure link will be required to register your card in the system. Nothing would be debited from your card unless you cancel after the date of free cancellation.

"What payment methods can I use?"

Payments can be made via bank transfer or via credit card (often with a 3% processing fee for this option). In some cases, you can pay directly at the hotel with credit card with no fees.

"In which currency are the payments made?"

In most cases, you'll have the option to pay in USD or in the local currency of the hotel or resort.

"What destinations can I book with you?"

Even though we are technically able to book anywhere for you, the places where we'll have the most competitive rates are the Maldives, Seychelles, French Polynesia and Mauritius.

Not only will we have the best rates for these destinations, but we will also have more valuable information to share with you.

"What if I book with you but then decide to change my dates?"

We are here for you! As long as you inform us before the end of the free cancellation period, we can cancel your booking and rebook on other dates, or in an other place. Please, be aware that such modifications my occur changes in the rates as prices vary depending on the dates of the stay and also based on the date we issue the booking.

"Can you help us if we face any issue once at the resort/hotel?"

Absolutely! Our assistance does not stop when you cross the doors of the resort. We'll be there to help you with any issue you may face during your stay. Your satisfaction is our upmost priority and we absolutely want you to enjoy during your holidays. Please feel free to message us should any issue happen during your stay and we will try to get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

"Can you also book the flights?"

For the time being, we are not offering flight bookings to our clients. We prefer to focus on what we know best, and this is getting you dream luxury resorts at the most competitive rates.

"What budget should I have in mind?"

Even though our prices are very competitive, we only work with luxury resorts. This means that the budget will still need to be high in order for us to be able to recommend you some top quality resorts.

For the Maldives, for instance, we only work with resorts that are above $700 a night in Half Board. Below this, the quality of the resorts is not at the standard of the quality we want our guests to experience.

"What is the cancellation policy?"

Each hotel and resort has its own cancellation policy agreed with our wholesaler. In most cases, this enables us to have some better and more flexible cancellation policy than what you would find online or directly with the resorts. There is not an exact answer to this, but, for instance, in the Maldives, most bookings will come with a free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
